How to Show a Randomized ACF Repeater Row

I recently had a client that wanted a random image to display in a Bootstrap modal popup banner on their website. The banner content was created with an Advanced Custom Fields image field for easy editing, with a text field as well. When developing a WordPress site when the client will have backend access, sometimes you want to customize parts of it to make it more targeted towards the client. The ‘Howdy, ’ part of the admin bar has always annoyed me because of how unprofessional it is. As well, it doesn’t give an inexperienced user a hint that there is a menu under it.
